Kira-Kira
Kira-Kira from Cynthia Kadohata is a book about sisters, Lynn is the oldest, and the younger sister, Katie, is always with her sister and do everything she does. They move from Iowa to Georgia, where there are only 6 Japanese families, including theirs. Lynn gets very ill, and the family starts falling apart, but Katie remembers there is still something glittering in the world, Kira-Kira.
